    For working out. I stick to Converse. Having a hard sole shoe made squatting and deadlifting so much better! Will never workout in a running shoe or sneaker again

If you have problems with support in any shoe, including sneakers, search Amazon for "Foot Soothers" the 3/4 red ones… i have them in every shoe i wear now including sneakers and my Dr Marten boots…. they have allowed me to wear shoes that otherwise would have been a no no, for the first half hour or so you can feel them in the arch of your foot but once used to them you wont look back…. i even have them in shoes that probably dont really need them so much… they transform sneakers no end when used in the gym …squats and stuff….

  3. As a general trainer I would go ultra boost any day of the week. Most comfortable and if you relace between the cage you get a lot of support especially with the UB mids.

    If you’re going weightlifting then don’t run a Boost sneaker.. use a weightlifting shoe!

  5. for workout the best shoe is the reebok crossfit nano 7
    its a lovely shoe and you can get a good use of it in the fitness and you wont slip and you ll have arch support for days

  10. Nike Metcons are great for working out. A little heavy for running but a great shoe with tons of support for lifting.

  18. I can swear u put out a video stating Nike shoes were not worth the money

  19. Go to a specialty running store and get for for a pair of shoes! Don't just choose them off the rack.

  20. I have the flyknits and they are horrible for working out
